My thought of the day is simple - stop thinking.

Let go of all the miseries, stresses, and turmoil of the day.  Stop mulling over that argument or disagreement.  Let loose the grip that Bills and money have over you.

Instead breathe.  Sit and relax enjoy the quiet.  Enjoy the moment of nothingness and thoughtlessness.

I promise it's harder than it sounds and easier than you think.
