BlogDumps Bloggers Upgrade
WHEW!
That was tedious! I was so scared about this upgrade!
So, I hope you all like your new dashboards! For now, this is the place to ask questions or leave comments!
I know there was a short blip in Functionality today, but hopefully no one saw it! Truth is it only lasted for about one minute LOL!
Updates and Changes Include (but are not limited to):
- While the overall look of your dashboards has changed, it's really a simple and efficient change. All the tabs that were across the top of your dashboard are now in the left side bar!
- We've removed the help and ticketing system. Few bloggers used it and the help videos were really out of date, so we decided that it was best to avoid confusion and remove the whole sha-bang. If you need help all you have to do is ask! You can email us or leave comments on this blog, the BlogDumps Blog, or Wolfbernz's Blog -- remember we are ere to help!
- We've installed a Text Link Ads Plugin to help monetize your blogs. Read this article to learn how to use this Widget.
- The Social Networking Plugin has been updated. You can now choose from tons of social networking sites for bookmarking link at the foot of your posts and pages.
- STATS!!! We've installed a stats program for tracking the status of your blog! In the left sidebar of your dashboard, under "Dashboard" check out the "Blog Statistics" link. I'm looking for feedback on this one, so make sure you let me know if you like it!!

Change
The promise of change has been directly linked to hope lately. With change comes good things, new experiences, and new thoughts.
I used to be afraid of change... afraid to move to a new location because I'd be leaving my friends... afraid to cut my hair in a new style because what if it makes me look awful... afraid to change my opinion of something because I didn't want to be a hypocrite...
But none of that really matters - we always make new friends, hair grows back, and every changes their opinions as time passes.
The change in my life right now... my baby sister is growing up and graduating. I didn't realize how much that change was effecting me until I saw the pictures of her at her Senior prom on her blog. She's so beautiful and smart and strong, watch out world! And this change too is a good thing, it's time for her to begin her journey to make her mark on the world and we get to sit back and watch her do it!
Another change in my life... I'm about to be an Aunt... Aunt Trina.... hmmmm... I've never been called anything that formal... Nina... Nonni... Ma'am-ie (don't ask)... Recently "Boomer" because I'm a klutz (I fall down and go Boom).... Kat when I was a kid.... but Aunt Trina - there's a change I'm not sure I'm ready for. But my Dear Brother and His Beautiful Wife? Change is the best thing that's ever happened to them. They're doing marvelously newly married, new house, and now a baby boy on the way - I'm a very proud sister! (I should probably put this and some pictures of their recent wedding in a post huh?)
Well, I gotta get to work... now there's a change I'm good at!

It’s a Beautiful Day
How's that U2 song go again?
It was so nice out today. We were expecting the wind and some rain, buit the rain never showed up and it was a sunny, warm, windy, spring-like day!
I'm doggy sitting for a friend of mine, two cute little mini-doxins. Our first night was a lot trying, I didn't get much sleep because they were upset but it looks like they've settled in.
Other than that, nothing really's happening here. I'm finishing my SEO work on BlogDumps.com and getting ready to start another project... adding all the newly submitted blogs. Sometimes I wish I knew more about php cause I could automate the script to add people and I would never be behind with that part of BlogDumps.
I know it's Wednesday, but I had such a good day I couldn't help but pop a nice bottle of wine. TODAY'S Drink -- a 1998
Windsor Vineyards Red Zinfandel. Soooooo good. Dry, with a nose of Earthy Fruit.
On Friday I have an appointment to revamp a website I've been working on. We're going to build a new online store, create affiliate links and self replicating pages for the sales reps. Sounds like a lot of work.. it will be, but I'm looking forward to the challenge!
