I Love My… ummm…

May 26, 2009

I love my Woofy.

I know, it's kinda lame, but he's the best.  Woofy is a high strung, Alpha Male, timber wolf hybrid.  He's about 75-80 pounds, not a small dog by any means!  This November 17th, he'll be 9 - wow how time flies!  I remember the day we picked him out of the litter (or should I say pack)We were watching the pups play and then this one pup walked right up to his very intimidating daddy and bit him on the leg and started trying to rough-house with him.  Now, you have to know that this pup was only 3 weeks old, his daddy had dissapeared for 3 days right after the pups were born and came back with the hind quarters of a deer to feed his family.. how cool is that?

When we finally brought him home 2 weeks later he was so cute.. he looked just like a little bear cub!

Over the years we've socialized him so he's more like Scooby-Doo than his dad, so it's pretty awesome!

When I'm sad or mad or Happy or glad, he doesn't care.  Now it's all about him! "Pet me" "Rub my back" "I want what you're eating"

And my personal favorite "You're not paying enough attention to me so I'm going to rip this scrunchie out of your hair and run away"

How could I not Love That!?!

Happy Tuesday!

ooohhhh, how sweet, just look at those eyes. I know what you mean dogs are so loving no matter what. They are so special. My late husband and I raise Queensland Healers for years and they were half dingo which is an Australian Coyote. They were wonderful dogs and made great pets. I just loved them.

    Love and Blessings,
